Carey Olsen has promoted seven lawyers across the firm’s Guernsey and Jersey offices.
Promoted to counsel are Rose Clements, a specialist in Jersey banking, fund finance and real estate finance matters, and Julie Currie, a pensions specialist and member of both the Guernsey and Jersey trusts and private wealth teams.
Newly appointed senior associates in the Guernsey office are Colin Calvert and Rachel de la Haye (shown in the main picture). Members of the Guernsey corporate team, between them they specialise in a wide range of corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing, listings, and investment funds matters.
In Jersey, Dean Robson and Mark Slater have also been promoted to senior associate. Dean’s practice covers a range of civil litigation and regulatory work with a focus on trusts and insolvency, while Mark advises on a broad range of corporate and finance law.
In addition, Adele Turner, a member of both the Jersey employment, and trusts and private wealth teams, is now an associate having initially joined the firm as a legal assistant.
