Carey Olsen Corporate Finance Limited has consolidated its position as the leading listing agent on The International Stock Exchange for the eighth consecutive year – for both issuers and security classes, across the full spectrum of listing types.
2023 saw a number of emerging trends together with an expansion of the offering available at The International Stock Exchange (TISE). The second half of the year saw an increased interest in the listing of notes issued by co-issuer structures as well as the use of TISE for programme listings. Issuers now benefit from changes implemented to the listing rulebooks and fee schedules in 2021 and 2022 which are significant contributing factors to the user-friendly nature of TISE for these listing types. There are early indications that these trends will continue into 2024.
TISE sustainable market segment, introduced in 2021, has seen a rise in enquires as well as increased interest in the listing of investment grade securities. TISE have notably continued to develop their offering through 2023, most recently with the introduction of TISE Private Markets, a platform to facilitate the buying and selling of shares in private companies.
Counsel in Carey Olsen’s debt capital markets team in Jersey, Matthew Ecobichon (pictured), said: “We are very pleased to maintain our position as the go-to listing agent for the eighth consecutive year. With our in-depth knowledge of TISE’s procedures and of TISE listing rules, we are able to provide transaction-specific advice on more nuanced structures in a timely and efficient manner. The team is particularly proud of our record in respect of high yield listings, where our standout position as the listing agent of choice positively reflects the effort we put in to ensuring a seamless listing process for issuers.”
