Carey Olsen has announced that senior associate Henry Simpson has joined the firm’s corporate and finance practice in Guernsey.
Henry (pictured) joins Carey Olsen from another offshore law firm where he developed a broad range of experience acting for international and local clients on complex and high value finance transactions, as well as on general corporate and regulatory issues.
