
Underwriting Relationship Manager
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development & Relationship Manager to join our client. This is a key role responsible for driving the delivery of business plans, building strong broker relationships. A core part of the role is to support the continuous improvement culture and help enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will lead by example, encouraging innovation, managing a personal portfolio, securing an Individual Underwriting Licence, and contributing to the delivery of impactful sales and service MI. The role includes evaluating the performance of existing accounts, contributing to short-term strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will hold or be working toward relevant qualifications (e.g. Cert CII), and bring at least five years of experience in a relationship management role. A strong background in both B2B and B2C environments is preferred, along with a proven ability to lead in performance-driven, customer-focused teams.
