Transactions Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Transactions Manager to support the execution of real estate fund transactions for a key institutional client.
Working closely with internal legal, finance, and commercial teams, as well as external counsel, you’ll coordinate all aspects of the deal closing process, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is complete.
This role would suit a self-driven legal professional with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience and a strong background in transaction management within real estate funds. You’ll need excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across jurisdictions.
