This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Mortgage Services Team. As a Mortgage Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and team members throughout the mortgage process.

  • Communicate with customer queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone, email and mail.
  • Maintain organised customer records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To work as one team, collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
