Structured Finance (Lending) Lawyer
We are working with one of the largest financial services organisations across Asia, that has a strong and growing presence throughout Europe. A particular area of growth is the suite of products and services that sit within the bank’s structured finance business.
As such, we are now looking for a mid-level structured finance lawyer to join the legal team, to occupy a broad role, who will report to the Head of Structured Finance, Legal. The successful candidate will largely focus on lending products/transactions, encompassing:
- lender financing/asset-based lending;
- margin lending;
- portfolio acquisitions/disposals and other securitisation deals;
- significant risk transfer transactions.
Whilst structured finance legal knowledge is essential, our client is open to applications from private practice lawyers or those from a relevant in-house legal team.
What our client can offer….
- The opportunity to join a business that is growing, and to be part of a highly collaborative and energetic London legal team, which is respected across the bank.
- Competitive compensation package and company benefits.
- Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, as well as a culture of work-life balance.
As this is a newly-created role due to business growth and not a replacement role, there is a real opportunity for the successful candidate to ‘make their mark’ and shine in this position and, to a degree, shape the role around their current skill-set and development ambitions.
