
Senior Statutory Administrator
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Statutory Administrator to manage corporate governance and compliance processes within a Trust and Corporate Services Provider (TCSP) environment.
This role involves maintaining statutory records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing company administration functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements, with proven experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update statutory records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory filings, including annual returns and corporate changes
- Support company incorporations, dissolutions, and amendments to corporate structures
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and other statutory obligations
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies on corporate governance matters
- Assist with reviewing and improving statutory processes and procedures
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Utilise relevant software systems for record-keeping and reporting
Qualifications and experience required:
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
- Part or fully qualified STEP, ICSA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a TCSP environment in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of CCH, Laserfiche, and ViewPoint (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks with proven technical competence
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and other compliance legislation
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
