
Senior Registry Officer
A profound local firm in St Helier, Jersey is seeking a Registry Operations Support professional to help provide essential services to businesses and entities.
The role responsibilities will include reviewing business incorporation submissions, verifying details, conducting due diligence checks, and assessing applications in line with AML/CFT/CPF laws and the JFSC Sound Business Practice Policy. The successful candidate will also play a key role in risk identification, escalation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the Registry operates to the highest standards. Additionally, will support the Registry Operations Manager with key projects, team development, and deputising when needed.
Success in this role means delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring accurate and timely application processing, and contributing to technological and process improvements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional with strong communication and decision-making skills. While experience in financial services is preferred, it is not essential.
