Senior IT Support Technician for family office services
Our client, a highly respected and award-winning provider of Family Office Services, is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to help drive operational efficiency and deliver exceptional support across their growing business.
This hands-on role involves supporting core business applications, managing system issues, liaising with service providers, and contributing to IT projects that enhance the firm’s infrastructure. You’ll act as a super user and first point of contact for technical queries, helping to optimise the firm’s software landscape and user experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in IT or application support – ideally within financial services – strong technical knowledge, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. A relevant IT qualification is required.
