
Senior Banking Services Administrator
We are seeking a Senior Banking Services Administrator to support the Banking Manager in overseeing the banking, onboarding, and administrative processes of the Banking Team at Skipton International. This role provides professional, friendly, and efficient support to our customers and ensures the smooth operation of our banking services.
Key accountabilities
- Assist the Banking Manager and Assistant Manager in building a motivated and competent team.
- Train newly recruited team members and participate in their One-to-One meetings.
- Allocate responsibilities and reporting requirements within the team.
- Plan ongoing training to ensure team members are multi-skilled.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and mandates.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement in banking operations.
- Engage with and promote Skipton’s core values of Trust, Ownership, and One Team.
- Champion the customer experience and ensure positive outcomes for customers.
- Deliver excellent service to customers and stakeholders.
- Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and mail.
- Participate in internal audits, regular meetings, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure customer growth and satisfaction, measured via Feefo.
- Handle complaints, dissatisfaction, and compliments effectively.
Essential requirements
- Professional Banking Certificate or similar qualification.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team and the wider business.
- Ability to lead from the front and get the job done.
- Understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Experience in a Banking/Fiduciary role/environment.
