Process Automation Specialist, IT
A leading wealth management company specialising in insurance-based wealth solutions and employee benefits is looking to hire a Process Automation Specialist.
Based in Guernsey, and reporting directly to the Process Automation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Enate workflow system to meet the needs of all business stakeholders.
- Feed into and support the prioritisation forum with our client’s user base.
- Support Productions Level 3 issues and Change Requests for Enate.
- Support training and education in relation to the Enate workflow solution.
- Support product enhancement requests to improve functionality.
- Support any technical initiatives that involve the Enate workflow system.
- Be accountable for governance, risk and audit and culture.
To be suitable for this role, you will have:
- A relevant third level degree qualification in IT or equivalent.
- At least one year’s experience in application support, business/system analysis and testing and/or development.
- Able to analyse business needs and conceive, design and develop innovative solutions.
- Able to work well with a team and interact at different levels across the organisation.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as strong numerical and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel when and where required.
