
Operations Manager
We’re looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee facilities, supplier management, health & safety, and business continuity for a leading firm in Jersey.
You’ll ensure a seamless Front of House experience, manage supplier contracts, oversee building maintenance, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Leading a high-performing reception and facilities team, you’ll also be responsible for business continuity planning, space management, and operational compliance.
Strong leadership, supplier management, and health & safety knowledge (IOSH or equivalent) are essential. A background in professional services or NEBOSH qualification would be an advantage.
