Operational Risk Manager
A leading Bank is seeking a skilled and proactive Operational Risk Manager to support the delivery of the Operational Risk Management programmes. This is a key role responsible for developing and maintaining robust frameworks and strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
The successful candidate will collaborate across business units to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks, lead incident and complaints handling processes, support risk assessments, and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders. A key part of the role involves embedding a strong risk culture, maintaining business continuity frameworks, and acting as a trusted advisor on operational risk matters.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of relevant experience within financial services or a regulated environment, with a solid understanding of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
