HR Business Partner
Join a dynamic organisation as an HR Business Partner, working 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) or a 4-day week (Tuesday to Friday).
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you’ll align strategic business goals with HR best practices, champion performance management, lead change initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
With 4–5 years of experience and ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified, you’ll bring expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, and data-driven decision-making.
