Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead their international marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving brand awareness and lead generation in a global context.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads across international markets.
- Plan, prioritise, and implement marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and tailored to regional requirements.
- Create high-quality content in multiple formats, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI on marketing activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, applying insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms and regions.
Skills and qualifications:
Essential:
- Solid experience in international marketing management with a demonstrable track record of success.
- A recognised marketing qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a CIM qualification.
- Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives through effective planning, prioritisation, and strategic implementation.
- Experience developing and executing brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across regions with differing requirements.
- Strong content creation skills across multiple formats and communication channels.
- High-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, diverse environment with changing priorities.
