Head of Corporate Governance
Ready to take the lead in corporate governance?
A broad Head of Corporate Governance opportunity is available, covering funds, management entities, SPVs, and wider corporate structures. The role combines board and committee governance, regulatory oversight, risk and compliance, reporting, banking, tax, entity management, and third-party relationships, alongside leadership of a sizeable team and ownership of the Corporate Governance budget.
Experience in fund administration, corporate governance or company secretarial leadership within regulated financial services will be important, alongside strong Jersey regulatory knowledge and familiarity with complex fund structures. Experience across fund operations, regulated boards and committees, team leadership and external service providers will also be valuable.
