Fund Controller
We’re looking for a highly motivated Fund Operations Accountant to join a leading team in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to support the fund operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with internal teams, fund administrators, and external partners.
Key responsibilities include coordinating quarterly NAVs, semi-annual financial statements, and leading the quarter-end close and audit processes. The successful candidate will manage capital calls and distributions, oversee cash management, liaise with banks on accounts and credit facilities, and coordinate tax structuring and filings (including K1s and VAT). They will also support new fund setups and assist the CFO and Head of Financial Reporting with wider financial and operational tasks.
We’re seeking a Chartered Accountant with strong Excel skills and experience in fund accounting-ideally in VC or PE. The ideal candidate will need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. A proven track record of process improvement, the ability to work independently, and a genuine passion for the VC ecosystem are key to success in this role.
