Fast-growing bespoke fund administration and corporate services seeks COO
Our client is a fast-growing bespoke fund administration and corporate services provider based in Guernsey. As part of their growth plans they are looking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive the continued success of the company.
This a senior leadership role within the team and will soon lead to a position of executive director for the successful role-holder.
Applicants should have a minimum of ten years working in the finance industry, particularly fund administration and listed funds. A professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, ACA, CISI or CGI will be expected. Previous board experience with a regulated company will be desirable.
As a senior leader of a small growing company you will be a complete team player willing to participate in all aspects of the company’s activities.
Strong knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory environment in relation to the financial services sector will be essential.
