Executive Investments Controller
Join our clients’ vibrant Executive Investments Controlling Team (EIT) in their Jersey office, one of their largest fund administration and management hubs.
As part of this team, you will play a key role in the financial control of entities used for senior executives’ investments in company funds. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with private equity fund management and incentive structures.
You will handle bookkeeping and financial controlling, produce regular financial reports including monthly management packs and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP, and prepare quarterly valuation statements for executives’ co-investments. You’ll also assist with calculating calls and distributions, contributing directly to the smooth operation of the business’s executive investment schemes.
