
Executive Assistant, Trust & Corporate Services
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a leading Trust & Corporate Services (TCS) group. This role involves high-level executive, administrative, and corporate governance support across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities include managing board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and board packs, maintaining due diligence records, and assisting with regulatory compliance. You will also support business development, coordinate travel arrangements, manage senior executives’ diaries and inboxes, and handle confidential correspondence.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised professional with at least five years’ experience in an EA or PA role, ideally within a trust, corporate, or legal environment. A background in corporate governance or company secretarial work is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
