Corporate Relationship Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Corporate Relationship Manager to join our business development team.
You will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated relationship management and be primary point of contact to a portfolio of customers with accountability for sales, service, risk and operational delivery. You will provide exceptional service and build and maintain strong relationships with Skipton International’s corporate customers.

Key responsibilities
- Take responsibility for account opening, account maintenance and service delivery to ensure customer expectations are managed effectively
- Manage and develop strong relationships with new and existing corporate customers. Be the primary contact for client enquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Own, identify and pursue opportunities with targeted customers and new business opportunities
- Identify and be involved in the execution of sales opportunities
- Own the corporate customer risk assessment, periodic reviews and on-boarding in a timely manner and to a high standard. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
