As a dynamic and growing organization, we are looking for a talented Commercial Associate to join our team.
Key accountabilities
- Develop and support marketing communications for all services across offline and online media, including social media, creative and all aspects of advertising.
- Support Skipton’s search engine optimisation (SEO) programme.
- Support Skipton’s Sustainability programme, to include community sponsorship and events.
- Monitor and undertake day-to-day upkeep of the Skipton International website, proactively identifying acquisitions, promotions, new services, etc.
- Provide commercial support and expertise to the wider business’s projects.
- Instruction and liaison with agencies to deliver creative executions supporting the corporate plan and product propositions within all regulatory requirements and Skipton’s brand guidelines.
- Undertake market research to strengthen Skipton’s understanding of current and future target markets.
- Deliver product related marketing and literature that is accurate and consistent with the product offering.
- Adhere to CPD (Continued Professional Development) requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
- Adhere to the Skipton International core values and expected behaviours.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management.

- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships both within the company and the wider business environment in order to achieve objectives
- Confident in contacting and dealing with external parties
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of and interest in the financial services marketplace
- Professional experience in marketing
- Web content and social media management
