An established insurance management firm is seeking an experienced Client Service Director to join its Senior Leadership Team.
This role combines strategic leadership with client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to business strategy, operational planning, and budget achievement.
- Lead and develop client service teams, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
- Manage senior client relationships and oversee the delivery of captive insurance and related services.
- Ensure regulatory, legal, and governance requirements are met.
- Drive operational efficiency and support business growth initiatives.
- Mentor and develop managers and client executives.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in captive insurance, (re)insurance, insurance management, accountancy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of captive insurance, insurance/reinsurance products, and associated regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
- Ability to translate business strategy into operational delivery.
