
Audit Manager
A Growing Financial Company are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join the team. In this role, they will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, leading audit engagements from planning through to completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and be responsible for delivering high-quality client service while developing and coaching high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include planning and budgeting audits, reviewing work prepared by on-site and remote teams, and building trusted client relationships. They will play a key role in resolving issues, encouraging innovation, and driving continuous improvement across your engagements.
To succeed, the ideal candidate will need a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent), and at least three years’ post-qualification experience-ideally including one year in an Audit Manager role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, and experience in financial services is a plus.
