
Assistant Fund Administration Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join a leading Financial Services firm. This role involves ensuring the delivery of accurate, well-presented client deliverables while supporting the wider fund team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, supervising a team of Senior Fund Administrators, Fund Administrators, and Trainee Fund Administrators. They will review and approve work produced by junior team members, oversee client mailbox management, and ensure timely responses to queries. The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing external communications before circulation and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Strong computer literacy and a solid understanding of the financial services industry are essential. Candidates should hold or be studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACCA, or ACA, or have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in fund or fiduciary administration. A strong knowledge of fund documentation, GFSC regulations, and AML requirements is also required.
