Applications and Development Analyst
The Applications and Development Analyst will support the business by developing, maintaining, and enhancing key systems and workflows, with a strong focus on improving automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain document management processes within Laserfiche.
- Update and support existing Laserfiche processes and workflows.
- Build dashboards for management information to replace manual spreadsheets.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards as required.
- Develop automated workflows in Laserfiche to support a “key it once” approach across the business.
- Maintain and update existing Laserfiche workflows.
- Integrate Laserfiche with other business systems (e.g., Acumen, MeshID, PeopleHR) to ensure data is captured once and shared efficiently.
- Provide technical support for interfaces, data feeds, and external inputs into the business’s software—such as bank feeds, investment data, and electronic document transfers (e.g., SFTP).
Key Competencies
- Experienced programmer/developer with Laserfiche and SQL.
- Experience with Acumen and MeshID beneficial but not essential.
- Commercially minded with strong client focus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
