Amy McMonagle is the recipient of this year’s President’s Award for Private Client Investment Advice & Management exam by the Jersey Branch of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Amy (pictured) is a fully qualified stockbroker at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management (International) Limited (CGWM), based in Jersey.
The President’s Award is presented by the local branch of CISI to the best performer over the year, across two sittings, for the Private Client Investment Advice and Management exam in Jersey (PCIAM).
Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with Honours in 2020 and started her career as a Trainee Stockbroker at Canaccord in 2021. She is a Member of the CISI and holds the Investment Advice Diploma (CISI, IAD) as well as the PCIAM Level 6 (CISI, PCIAM). Amy was presented with her award at the CISI Annual Dinner in Jersey on Friday 29th of September.

In her role at Canaccord Genuity, Amy trades and provides advice to a diverse range of private and intermediary clients, focusing on global equities, fixed interest, derivatives, and structured products, and trades in a diverse range of financial instruments across global markets.
