C5 Alliance, which forms part of the BDO Group in Jersey, has appointed Paul Sloman as the Head of Transformation and Change in Guernsey.
Paul has over 20 years’ experience in delivering change across a range of sectors. He has played an integral part in supporting the entry and growth of British Gas in the electricity market. Paul also held various roles at Specsavers and was involved with the implementation of an eInvoicing solution and various SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions to support the long-term framework of the business. Most recently, Paul has been involved in leading the finance function within Guernsey Electricity.
In his new role, Paul will lead the Transformation and Change team within C5 in Guernsey. He will be responsible for project delivery, business development and ensuring that C5 has the right blend of people and skills to support client needs.
