BWCI has announced a total of twelve staff promotions from 1 July 2022 in their offices in Guernsey and Jersey.
Erin Bisson becomes a Senior Manager in the Pensions Actuarial Team and Ged Lynam a Senior Manager in the Pensions Administration Team. These promotions are to strengthen the BWCI management team.
Jessica Sumner becomes a Manager in the Pensions Actuarial Team, Luke Richards becomes a Manager in the Investment Team and Lily Guille a Manager for Islands Global Research. These promotions reflect an increasing level of responsibilities for the individuals concerned.
Sam Bisson becomes an Assistant Manager in the Pensions Administration Team, reflecting the growth in this area. In addition, Amy Dexter and Lee Thompson become Senior Pensions Administrators, and Laura White has completed an initial in-house training programme to become a Pensions Administrator.
In the support teams, Justin Jones is promoted to Manager in the Business Support Team and Carly Tucknott has been promoted to Assistant Manager, Publications and Communications, to reflect their increasing responsibilities.
Oliver Shrigley has completed his initial in-house training to become an Analyst in the Pensions Actuarial Team.
Diana Simon, BWCI’s Managing Partner, offered her congratulations to everyone who has received a promotion this year: “It’s fantastic that we can demonstrate our commitment and dedication to developing our staff by awarding these promotions which signify another bumper year of development activity”.
