Grow’s supply of Christmas trees has just arrived and, thanks to Deloitte Guernsey, sponsorship for them has once again been provided through its Five Million Futures charity partnership with Grow.
Jo Huxtable, partner at Deloitte Guernsey said: “We were excited to celebrate the festive season with Grow by sponsoring their Christmas trees for the second year.
“Our support ensures that all sales of the trees benefit the charity, helping to enrich the lives of their Crew. Our assistance extends beyond the financial donation; we will be helping to spread the word amongst the community and we hope lots of islanders support the charity this Christmas.”
Stuart Smale, horticulture manager at Grow said: “The six foot Nordmann Firs are non-drop, premium trees. They have a great form and are just the right size to fit all your gifts underneath. Our Christmas trees prove very popular and having Deloitte’s support again this year been a big boost for us. We are extremely grateful.”
The trees are on sale for £55 and can be delivered by Grow You can choose your own when you visit the site or pre order by email. Members of the crew will be on hand to help pack the tree in netting to keep it from being damaged during transport. When it’s time to take the tree down Grow can collect it for a £10 fee and this can be arranged at the time of purchase.
Grow’s Christmas fayre takes place on Saturday 9th December. More information can be found here.
