Broadlands and CG Commercial have announced their merger.
With a combined legacy of more than 75 years in the industry, this merger represents a significant milestone in Jersey’s commercial property market.
The new entity, which will operate under the name Broadlands Commercial from January 2024, will leverage the strengths and expertise of both the commercial and residential companies to provide an expanded suite of services and an extensive portfolio of commercial properties.
Nick Trower (pictured), Director of Broadlands Commercial expressed excitement about the merger, stating: “This merger represents a transformational moment for both companies and the clients we serve. By combining our strengths and resources, we will set new standards for excellence in Jersey’s commercial property industry.”

The merger is effective from 01/01/2024. During the transition, both Broadlands Commercial and CG Commercial will continue to operate independently until the merger is finalised.
