We all want better futures for the next generation and that is exactly what Brighter Futures charity provides.

Corbett Le Quesne is delighted to announce that they have chosen Brighter Futures as their charity for 2022. The charity has seen a huge increase in people needing their support due to the pandemic and again this week they have had to cancel groups due to health and safety concerns. It is a really difficult time for a charity like this with so many in need and pressures on everyone building more and more.

Advocate Nicholas Le Quesne commented: “We work with a lot of families supported by Brighter Futures and it is an invaluable service. The staff there do an excellent job and the more families that can be helped in this way, the better. Among other things we will support Brighter Futures this year by donating all funds raised at our conference events to them, offering legal advice and support and promoting their events and fundraising activities.”

Simon Lofthouse, Head of Private Client, added: “Charities can also benefit hugely from legacies being left to them in Wills. If you want to leave a legacy to Brighter Futures in your Will, contact me at Corbett Le Quesne on simon.lofthouse@corbettlequesne.com and I will assist you with a free simple Will in support of Brighter Futures.  We are also offering free simple Wills to all members of staff at Brighter Futures and the families they help.”

If you want to help support the charity yourself there are various ways to do this. You can visit their website and donate, you can donate quality items for children like books and toys and you can get involved in any of their many fundraising events like White Collar Boxing or Fashion for Futures.

Anna Styles (pictured), an Associate at Corbett Le Quesne said: “I have supported this charity for many years and I want everyone to realise what they do and why their work is so beneficial. Many people don’t appreciate how much support given to children and families in the early years saves decades of problems in the future.

“The investment in these families is an investment in our community for the benefit of all. I am so pleased this is our charity this year and hope we can raise money and awareness for such a great cause.”
