The fund and fiduciary firm Belasko has appointed Sandeep Lamba as Director of Fund Operations and Sugees Mahen as Director and Head of Private Debt.
Sandeep has more than 18 years of experience in assurance and financial services, specialising in delivering value added services to clients and internal stakeholders. In his new role, Sandeep will develop, implement and have an ongoing oversight of the group operating model to support the delivery of fund services. He will lead the development of policies, procedures, and the overall control governance framework to drive ISAE 3402 compliance.
With 18 years of extensive experience in the offshore and onshore financial services industry, Sugees (pictured) specialises in investment funds accounting for Private Debt Funds. In his new role, he will, utilise his experience to develop and grow Belasko’s team in the UK and the Group’s specialism for Private Debt Fund administration.
