Bedell Cristin Senior Associate, Sonia Shah, has been recognized for her performance and career achievements through inclusion in ePrivateClient’s annual list of leading young private client practitioners.
This is the fourth consecutive year that Sonia (pictured) has been included in the Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 list, which is designed to identify, introduce, recognise and promote the rising stars of the Private Client practitioner community in the Channel Islands.
Sonia, who joined Bedell Cristin in 2016, has extensive experience with commercial and contentious trust litigation work, regularly assisting with complex applications and trial work before the Royal Court and Court of Appeal in Jersey. She works across numerous cases and advises leading onshore law firms, fiduciaries and high net worth individuals on trust, commercial, insolvency and regulatory matters on a wide range of international disputes.
This latest achievement follows a number of recent accolades and recognitions, including being named ‘An Associate to Watch’ in the Chambers & Partners 2022 rankings, inclusion on the ‘rising stars’ list in Legal 500 for the second year running and receiving a STEP Excellence award in 2021.
Congratulating Sonia on her continued recognition, Rob Gardner, Partner and Head of the firm’s litigation team, commented: “Sonia thoroughly deserves this latest acknowledgment. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to her clients and ensuring that their needs are met. Thanks to her expertise and increasing experience, she is well placed to advise on a broad range of complex cases and regulatory issues.”
