Based in Guernsey and joining the firm as an Employment Litigation Associate, Danielle (pictured) has significant international experience in employment and labour law having advised, supported and represented global and multinational clients across the full spectrum of employment and labour law matters in both a contentious and non-contentious capacity.
Having obtained her law degree at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, Danielle joined Norton Rose Fulbright in South Africa in 2015 where she obtained her specialisation in employment and labour law with a particular interest in discrimination, unfair dismissal dispute litigation and unprotected industrial action.
Carly Parrott, who leads the team as Head of Employment in the Channel Islands, commented: “Danielle’s recruitment adds to our team of trusted advisers available to provide Employment law advice, and I am delighted to welcome her to the team. She is a fantastic addition to the employment offering, strengthening the depth of experience we can offer our clients across the Channel Islands and globally. We continue to build our team to meet the exponentially growing demands for our Employment law services.”
