Bedell Cristin has bolstered its Guernsey team through the appointment of Richard Harrington as an Associate in its Litigation team and Jennifer Mills as Legal Assistant in Financial Services.
Richard comes to the firm as an experienced litigator, having regularly advised high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and their representatives on disputes arising from trusts, partnerships and insolvency proceedings. He also has particular expertise in advising on matters involving allegations of fraud and has acted for clients who are either obtaining freezing orders or are subject to them.
Having trained and practised in London prior to moving to Guernsey, Richard is a Solicitor and Barrister in England & Wales and is a member of the Guernsey International Legal Association (GILA).
Jennifer comes to the firm early in her career, having completed her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2015. She has gained valuable experience at two other law firms in Guernsey, Mourant Ozannes and Ferbrache and Farrell LLP.
