Bedell Cristin announces two significant appointments in its litigation and financial services teams in Guernsey.
Robert Fullman, who is appointed Counsel in the litigation team and James Walsh, who joins as Senior Associate in the corporate team, are both experienced Guernsey-based lawyers.
Rob (shown to the right in the main picture) has more than 20 years’ experience practising law in Guernsey with a wide range and depth of experience in general and commercial litigation. He represents banks, other lenders, trust companies and fiduciaries in a wide spectrum of matters as well as assisting private individuals.
Rob is well known for his debt recovery work and his extensive experience in the enforcement of judgments both domestically and internationally. He qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and was admitted as an Advocate in Guernsey in 2002 and joins from a long-established local law firm in Guernsey.
James (shown to the left in the main picture) has a broad range of experience in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, acquisition finance and general corporate and banking. His previous roles have included working as a corporate lawyer for two UK-based law firms, DLA Piper and CMS Cameron McKenna, before moving to Guernsey in 2017, where he has since worked for two large Guernsey law firms, before joining Bedell.
