BDO Guernsey has promoted eight of its employees, including two to Director level.
Vele Kaiulo and Chris Freeman (pictured together) have both progressed to Audit Director, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to creating development pathways and opportunities for those in-house.
Chris joined BDO in 2011 as a trainee having moved to the island from the UK and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in November 2014. Vele joined in 2018, as a manager in the audit stream having qualified in Papua New Guinea.
Further promotions included Genevieve Bougourd, Tatenda Mhongo, Zack Figueira and Vennah Mutambo to Audit Manager, and Kudzai Bandama and Tinotenda Munengwa to Senior Audit Manager. The promotions reflect another successful year of growth for the firm.
Richard Searle, Managing Director of BDO Guernsey, said: “I’d like to congratulate all our team members on their recent promotions. Recognising and rewarding our people for their hard work and dedication is something that underpins our core values here at BDO, and enhancing the number of senior professionals at BDO will be a benefit to our clients. We look forward to watching them flourish in their new roles as we continue to support them in growing their careers.”
