BDO Group in Jersey has made two key appointments. Stephen Bull and Tim Guest have been appointed as Senior Managers within the Transformation and Change function.
These appointments reflect BDO Group’s continued growth and its commitment to expand delivery of integrated and transformative business and professional services to Financial Services firms.
Stephen is PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, MoR, BPM qualified. In his career, Stephen has been a crucial player in the management of strategic portfolios of change for large government departments, working with C-Suite leaders to turn strategy into execution. He has also led digital strategy programme execution, working with partners across Jersey to improve digital communication channels in complex multi-organisational environments and improve services.
Tim is an IoD Chartered Director and has Practitioner level qualifications in Project, Programme and Change Management. He brings valuable experience both as a company director, and business consultant working on SAP related programmes. His previous clients included global clothing brand, Lyle & Scott. Here Tim was a strategic advisor to their SAP rollout and a private equity firm where he led a commercial due diligence project to acquire a European Technology company.
In his new role, Stephen will support customers in their transformation journeys through expertise in the programme and project consulting space and via the provision of longer-term PMO services. Stephen will help BDO’s clients succeed through his strong portfolio and programme management experience.
Tim has been working for BDO on a contract with a Jersey-based Bank, since August 2021, delivering a new Corporate Banking platform, based on SAP technology. He will continue this work for the remainder of 2022 as well as helping BDO develop new relationships with organisations in Jersey.
