Jersey law firm BCR Law LLP has strengthened its team by welcoming Advocate Francesca Pinel, Conveyancer Wendy Luce and English Solicitor Ryan Ripamonti as part of continued investment and growth of the business.
Francesca Pinel (shown to the left in main picture) will be working with the litigation team and specialising in criminal law. She was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in February 2018. She previously spent almost nine years working at law firms Appleby and Preston Legal. Francesca has considerable experience in criminal law, as well as trust, employment law and commercial litigation.
Wendy Luce (shown to the right in main picture), who brings more than 30 years’ conveyancing experience, will be working with both the commercial and residential property teams in the firm. Prior to joining BCR Law, she was with Mourant for nearly 10 years.
Ryan Ripamonti, who was previously based in the UK, joins the firm as a lawyer working with the commercial property and corporate commercial teams. He completed his training contract at the Birmingham office of global law firm, DLA Piper and qualified in September 2020. During this time, Ryan gained experience in real estate, finance and restructuring, corporate, and litigation and regulatory.
