ASMALLWORLD Travel has announced the opening of their office in Jersey, in St Helier, from where Gary Hudson will head-up operations for the luxury travel company.
The office is geared to offer well-priced luxury travel experiences and cruising options with added bonuses for the Channel Islands community.
Jersey is the third office ASMALLWORLD Travel will operate from in GB; others are located in Chester, and in London. Jersey becomes the lead office for client bookings, support and anyone looking for up-to-date and sound advice on anything travel-related. The good news for consumers is that as part of the Virtuoso network, ASMALLWORLD Travel offers clients many benefits on travel bookings, like room upgrades, free breakfast for two, late check-outs and spa and dining credits.
“The complementary benefits we are able to offer as part of Virtuoso, the world’s leading luxury travel alliance, really are exceptional and represent incredible value,” said Grant Holmes, managing director, ASMALLWORLDTRAVEL, based in London. According to Holmes, a 30-year veteran of the luxury travel industry: “We can’t wait to get things going here in Jersey and are excited by the prospects ahead.”
Said Gary Hudson, business development and senior luxury travel & cruise designer, ASMALLWORLD Travel, Jersey: “We offer something unique that’s sure to make a difference to the luxury traveller, far beyond the traditional offering from other travel companies. Customers can expect high levels of personal service, bespoke itinerary planning and industry-leading booking benefits.”
Gary is a familiar face around town. A bonafide ‘travel guru’, he has been in the business in the Channel Islands for nearly 40 years and worked formerly with Executive and Business Travel, Skyline, Premier Travel and was with Travelmaker, Channel Islands Cooperative Society as general manager.
