An experienced family lawyer has joined the growing team at Ardent Chambers.
Specialising in pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and cases involving the rights of children Advocate Emma Wakeling (pictured) brings over a decade of experience to the team at Ardent Chambers.
Emma was Called to the English Bar in 2009 and worked at Ogier where she qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2012. She moved to BCR Law in 2017 and became a Partner of that firm in January 2019.
Emma has been listed in eprivateclient’s Top 35 under 35 UK list in 2019 and 2020 as well as the Channel Islands Top 35 under 35 in 2021. She is listed in the Legal 500 as a ‘Leading Partner’ for family law.
She joins Advocate Françoise Binet, also a family law specialist, Advocate & NED Caroline Dutot and Litigators Michael Cushing and Michael O’Connell at Ardent Chambers.
