International law firm Appleby has announced the promotion of Alex Thornton de Mauroy to Counsel within its Guernsey Dispute Resolution team.
Alex (pictured) has a wide range of dispute resolution experience, dealing with commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement proceedings, contentious insolvency matters and trust-related disputes. These matters have also included the obtaining of emergency injunctive relief, both on notice and ex parte, in Guernsey and abroad.
Alex moved to Guernsey in 2021 having trained, qualified and practised at Stephenson Harwood in London since 2012.
