Apex Group Ltd., a global financial services provider, has announced the launch of Apex Invest.
Apex Invest includes the re-brand of Context365’s technology platform and associated conference and events series designed to connect fund managers, allocators and service providers, both in-person and virtually.
As part of the Group’s strategy – to continually enhance its unique single-source solution and deliver all the services asset managers need, through one convenient and efficient relationship – this development highlights its focus on developing its value-add services through a suite of Capital Raising and Advisory solutions and technologies.
Following a number of acquisitions building out these capabilities, and recent announcement of the launch of its Advisory and Capital Raising services, the Group has now developed Apex Invest, a distinct brand to encompass its increasing breath of connected solutions under one banner.
As part of this evolution, the Context365 brand has been retired, and its AI-enabled SaaS platform and Events and Conferencing business rebranded as apexinvest.io and Apex Invest Events, respectively. Apex Invest’s multi-faceted fund raising solution will support global digital connectivity year-round, alongside a roadshow series of in-person events, providing an unparalleled opportunity for both fund managers and allocators alike to build their networks and identify, and more efficiently evaluate, investment opportunities.
The apexinvest.io platform includes an easy-to-use workflow tool for managing a pipeline of investor leads, complemented by a community and content hub and a product marketplace, accessible through one secure login. Integrated with the highly tailored Apex Invest Events and Conferencing business, apexinvest.io facilitates the online booking of one-on-one meetings between allocators and managers during exclusive in-person experiences.
The platform has already been used by over 2,300 allocators and more than 1,500 funds, with 87% of allocators reporting allocating $45bn+ of funds via the platform; while the experienced events team have hosted over 25 large scale events over the past decade and facilitated 250,000+ meetings with investors from more than 25 countries.
This re-brand marks the beginning of global expansion plans for the traditionally US-focused events business, as the Group plans to expand the Apex Invest conference series to the Middle East, Europe and Asia over the coming years.
