Apex Group today announces a series of senior appointments in its Corporate Solutions business.
Frank de Wit joins Apex as Head of Corporate Solutions Luxembourg, Claudia Bolanos as Head of Corporate Services, APAC in Hong Kong, and Stephen Reilly, Head of Corporate Solutions, Jersey and Alice Read, Commercial Director, Corporate Solutions both join Apex in Jersey.
Frank de Wit joins Apex from Intertrust, where he was an Executive Director responsible for leading the Private Equity business segment of Intertrust’s Luxembourg office. Prior to joining Intertrust in 2017, Frank gained extensive international experience as a lawyer specialising in banking and structured finance at a major law firm in New York City, and time spent working in Asia. Frank will be responsible for driving client satisfaction and revenue growth across all Corporate Solutions business segments in Luxembourg.
In addition to this appointment in Luxembourg, Apex has strengthened its leadership team in Jersey with the appointments of former RBS International Managing Director Stephen Reilly, and Alice Read from Intertrust. Stephen spent over two decades at RBS International in Jersey, most recently as Managing Director, Head of Corporate Banking & Financial Markets. Alice previously held roles as Director of Corporate Services Jersey and Managing Director Dubai with Intertrust, with global experience working within Group Company Secretarial departments for FTSE 100 companies. Alice’s role within Apex will be to support commercial initiatives for the Corporate Solutions service line across the Group, with a focus on strengthening existing client relationships.
Claudia Bolanos joins Apex in Hong Kong as Head of Corporate Services, APAC. Claudia is an experienced business development and relationship manager in the financial and corporate services field, and was most recently Senior Manager of Regional Business Development at Vistra. She brings over a decade of business development and operational experience in the APAC market.
