Jersey-based Ambition Accountancy has announced the appointment of Mark Le Cornu to a newly created director role.
Mark Le Cornu (pictured) becomes a director at Ambition Accountancy and will support the company – which marks its sixth year in business during 2025 – with client-facing financial advisory.
Mark has been a Chartered Certified Accountant since 2005, and contributes more than 23 years of experience across the full spectrum of local accountancy and bookkeeping services. This includes financial accounting, tax planning, and payroll for startups through to major corporate groups.
“I’ve watched Ambition grow since its founding in 2019 to quickly become an expert and experienced name across Jersey,” commented Mark. “I’m thrilled to now play a part in the company’s next chapter, contributing my own years of knowledge partnering with businesses and individuals in Jersey to meet their financial goals.”
Born and raised on the island, French-speaker Mark understands well the financial expectations and ambitions commonly held by those living and running businesses across Jersey.
“Mark’s appointment is crucial to Ambition’s goal of reaching new clients and deepening the trusting partnerships we already hold through 2025 and beyond,” commented Jim McCartan, Founder and Director of Ambition Accountancy. “That requires a human touch, but also the specialist knowledge and problem-solving abilities that only experience can bring. Mark provides that and so much more, having held trusting professional partnerships for more than a decade.”
