Resolution IT has continued to strengthen and develop its team with three new staff joining, including the business’s first dedicated HR Manager.
With over a decade of HR experience within the States of Guernsey, Simon Le Pelley joins as HR & Employee Experience Manager. Simon commented: “I’m looking forward to working with everyone to make sure Resolution IT really is one of the great places to work in Guernsey.
“I’m working on several exciting projects to achieve this, including the implementation of our first health and wellbeing strategy. Designed to support our staff in reaching their full potential, it will focus on creating a physical and cultural environment that promotes a healthy lifestyle and positive wellbeing”.
Resolution IT has also welcomed Matt Bichard as Technical Project Consultant and Josh Chaloner as Networking & Security Consultant. With extensive and varied IT experience behind them, they are providing additional expertise to a range of client project work.
