Independent fund and corporate services provider, the Aztec Group, has won Fund Administrator of the Year at the British Private Equity Awards for the fifth successive time.
Hosted by Unquote, the British Private Equity Awards celebrates innovation and excellence in private equity and venture capital, and the industry’s contribution to British business growth. Now in its fifteenth year, the awards were attended by over 350 fund managers, advisors and other industry professionals.
There were winners across 20 categories, chosen through an independent judging process that combined the views of an industry veteran panel with 16,000 public votes.
Aztec Group has won the award a total of eight times, including the last five years in succession. The Group was also named Administrator of the Year at The Private Equity Awards in February, making it a double success for 2019.
Established in 2001, the Group administers more than 410 funds, 4,200 entities and €360bn of assets, and employs more than 900 people across six jurisdictions.
Alan Ross, Group Head of Private Equity, said:
“To win two major awards in one year speaks volumes about the value our clients place on the dedication of our people and their commitment to delivering an outstanding service. Congratulations to the team on this incredible achievement. We’re extremely proud of everyone’s ongoing contribution to our success.”
