Dylan Latimer has joined Bedell Cristin as Partner in its Guernsey office, further expanding the firm’s presence and expertise on the island.
Dylan advises on banking, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law, with a particular specialism in private equity transactions.
He trained at a leading law firm in Dublin and previously worked in the corporate department of another Guernsey firm.
